After the file is mobile accessible from any smartphone, tablet or laptop.The file follows the user.

Open eg a file or a document from a tablet - right in the file and save it - and continue working in a notebook.Its quick and easy to share files with colleagues and partners - both within and outside the organization.Share files with one click and receiver are then given a temporary link to the file - not the file itself.
This reduces the load on the mail server and bandwidth.Safety is further enhanced by the inherent limitation in the link to the file being shared.
The system makes automatic link inactive after the timeout period.
